Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: An email will be sent immediately to let you know we received your order. Most orders are completed within one day; however, please allow 1-2 days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using UPS tracking service and received in 3-4 days. Canada's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. A flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 applies to orders within the US with free shipping applying to orders of $100 and over. You can upgrade your shipping or change carrier options to receive your product faster.

INTERNATIONAL CALCULATED SHIPPING  Orders will be calculated dependent on weight and size and your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.  

We ship to all countries (3 to 4 exceptions) with a calculated shipping rate automatically added to cover expenses to your country. Delivery timelines for international shipping vary widely and cannot currently be determined.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Butt'r Up Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
