Shipping Info

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48–72 hours. Orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Please note that some items sourced from international suppliers may ship separately and take additional time.

Domestic Shipping (Continental US)

We keep shipping simple:

  • Orders under $100 — $6.95 flat rate
  • Orders $100 and over — FREE shipping

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Express Shipping

Need it faster? Express options are available for in-stock items shipping within the Continental US:

  • 2nd Day Delivery — Add $8.95
  • Overnight Delivery (Mon–Fri) — Add $18.95
  • Overnight Saturday Delivery — Add $30.00

Place express orders by 11:00 AM PST. Overnight delivery is not available for international orders or all areas.

International Shipping

International orders ship for an additional $32.00 over the standard shipping rate. Canada and US Possessions add $15.00.

  • The recipient is responsible for all duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
  • Overnight shipping is not available for international orders.
  • If a package is refused or duties go unpaid, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not ship to Nigeria, Hungary, France, Poland, Lebanon, or Cuba.

For items from international suppliers, estimated delivery is 12–20 business days. Tracking numbers may not be available for these shipments.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is verified and in preparation. Tracking info for USPS international shipments may not update until the package leaves the US.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a correction or reroute is needed after your order ships, a $10.00 address correction fee may apply and will be the customer's responsibility.

Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of placing it so we can assist.
