RETURNS: Please read our return policy prior to ordering. By continuing, you are agreeing to our return policy.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Should you find it necessary to return an item for a refund, please fill out the back of your invoice stating the reason for your return and send your package to us via US mail or UPS within 30 days of your invoice date. Sale and/or discounted items are exchangeable, not refundable and if returned within 30 days without requesting an exchange, we will issue a merchandise credit, which can be used at a later date. We do not accept freight collect packages or returns past 30 days of your invoice date. All tags must be attached to the garment in original form. Due to health regulations we cannot take back worn or soiled swimwear. If we receive a soiled garment, or a return after 30 days, we will ship it back and charge your account $10.00 or refuse it.
Merchandise credits only are issued if sale or discounted items are returned, or if your order was paid with a money order, Paypal, check, expired CC or merchandise credit. Returns totaling $175.00 and over and all orders cancelled prior to shipping will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to post.
Items purchased on sale, discounted in any way, custom fees, shipping fees and custom items are nonrefundable. Any questions please email us at hello@shopbuttrup.com
Any extra fees incurred by you from a credit card dispute, shipping address change, duties invoice, etc. will be charged to your account.
EXCHANGES:
To exchange an item, send back the return items within 30 days, with hangtags attached, stating what you would like to receive in exchange to the address on the back of your invoice. Please remit $5.95 to cover the postage and handling charges to reship your exchange within the Continental US. International exchange orders must remit $20.00. Exchanges going to Canada please remit $10.00.
